She can't. Only a man can. He wont' because she is basically his sugar mama so she is trying to fix his finicial situation so he has no reason to be with her and cuz she is nice and the people don't deserve to suffer because he has the "no brain" disease.
Why does she care so much? Just let him bankrupt lol... Divorce him and bless him with his marriage with that girl who will probably run away after he lost everything anyway :S
