Well well I just don't understand why r u even taken all this so seriously.Yeah he was raped ,he was drugged and what happened with him was bad but I don't think so author did that to insult anyone .What I have seen is that people especially Girls have really liked this plot so the author simply added it ,It did not have any special meaning or something.Moreover I think he was also trying to create a mafia type of atmosphere or also u can say that maybe author was trying to make readers believe how scary n cruel Asami is .what author wrote is just to fill that kind of strong scary image and moreover he just wanted to feel some hot sex .Man if u really thinks this much then I think u should stop thinking so much or else U will always be troubled with these kinds of idiotic thoughts

As I said before, the rapes weren't intended to be taken seriously. Look at the main character, he recovered from said "rapes" as nothing. Like if nothing happened, and indeed it is like that in the context of the story.
Why do people like this? I'll never understand the straight girls that fetishize MLM. First chapter and there's already rape. But of course, rape is never treated seriously in these types of stories. I feel physically ill.
