Honestly...you're actually right. If that girl was switched out for a guy character, people would be shipping them like crazy lmao. I personally was shipping MC with the vice of his guild (wow I can't even remember their names properly) , but that went nowhere. Oh well. It's not that crazy that cha hae in? has a crush on MC, and the manwha tried to show that they at least had interactions. It's a shounen manwha guys...it's not romance and it's not a novel. It's difficult to squeeze in romantic interactions without making it awkward, but it's canon so they have to do it.
