I'm not a professional but, his behaviour is similar to a yt video about an accurate depiction of schizophrenia. So it's not exactly exaggerated like how other comics would write it.

How well is the schizophrenia shown in this one? I don't want to be disappointed again when it comes to describing mental illness in comics
