imo yes and no. the villains in this are a lot more simple than in either of those (as in they just are evil and don't have reason other than money), but the use of different powers/relics is interesting and the MC and the gang is pretty interesting as well.
it's a good read anyways.

Its not comparable to them. Well, this has a unique plot of its own. And the mc's attitude is quite annoying at first but you'll grow on this manwha. (=・ω・=)
