I think he took him in since the caretaker (don’t know who it was again) didn’t treated uke right.
i think the trans man might be sakura’s uncle since he called sakura’s father for “big brother”. it could be a spelling error when his mom called him “he” when he was born or it could be someone else’s flashback (i would guess sakura’s)
The mom is expecting a son that's why she called her a he,,,, and then he became a trans man when he turned 20 ? This is what iunderstand after i read some of yall comment i thought he was a hermaphrodite since it was tagged on this manga,,, plus what is the condition between him and the uke tho???
