i absolutely agree with you. there’s nothing wrong with going back because i’m sure there’s many people be owes and wants to repay them for. and staying with caius must make him feel like he’s just following his love and leaving everyone that supported him until now.
Kouichi wanting to go back is totally reasonable. His mom sacrificed herself for him to live a good life in his world, it’s like if he stays with Caius, then why would have his mom died? There’s also his uncle who worked hard for him and there his best friend too, all the things he accomplished. Is it so hard for you to understand why he wants to go back?
