"Deleting comments or your response"
There are two possible reasons for the issue you specified:
(1) Your topic contained flagged words such as other manga hosting sites, social media sites, foul words, etc. It is set that if your topic contains such words, your topic will automatically be deleted.
(2) The tab/page has been 'idle' for too long. If you are not interacting with buttons and hyperlinks for a while, the browser will load and display the cached site page, meaning what you're currently seeing is the 'downloaded for offline use'. So when you click on the Post button, it will refresh the page instead.
To solve this issue, you can
(1) Try removing words which you think are flagged.
(2) Copy the text you typed, refresh the page and then paste it in the text box. That way you wont lose any of the text you typed.
