At first the plot was interesting bc you saw the development between the real character and the game one...
Now it is focused only in the game world. I can almost securely say that they will drop out later that he is magically cured and his body works out.
I know it is implicitly bc past chapters, but the catch plot was to see how he was becoming healthier through the game.... now I think it's another generic manhwa.
