I don't think she is, if she was, I doubt that she would be adopted by her father. Arwin is also really powerful, so it's not possible for him or Latte to die or something like that and they probably won't abandon their child.
I think the MC might be the child of latte and arwin. I read spoiler before that they have a daughter and she has her own story.
