Um,i think they were not treated badly in the past sis the twins only stated that they died by an accident and they were reincarnated in this world. And besides their mental health is 25 so they should know that they need to defend themselves from their so called mother, but how do they act to that? SIGH, the twins are so stupid even tho ik it is rude to say that to the twins but they should know better LIKE their mental is fricking 20+ yrs old ITS GUVING ME NUTS, and its sooo obvious that its inappropriate to say that to the twins (ex.illegitimate childs do not have a record on history books,etc.) And the duke's son is obvious that he did it on purpose by saying things that the twins might not like (︶︿︶)＝凸.
