No rape is when you force someone to have sex with you not when someone just touches you

Oh so it was kinda like sexual assault? (I mean they’re together but I guess from a person over all view, it coukd have been assault) I saw a comment yelling it was rape and it didn’t seem like that so I was just curious! Ty for answering.
