Helppp Does anyone know this manga,the story is pretty unique and its been a long time since i dont rlly remember much.The story goes on like this
MC has a disease called "Hanahaki disease" where he coughs up/vomits petals because of his unrequited love.This endangers his life because a flower grows inside his lungs and may leave him unable to breathe once it grows.Idk but I think the mc's unrequited love is towards his childhood friend.
