Uhmm I thought the wife of a king is the queen and one of the emperor is the empress? And since Lucius is the emperor, she probably will become the empress?
If she marries Lucius as a cocumbine, she won't have the title of Empress, but instead the title of Queen because she won't be the official Empress. At least that's how it works in another stories of the genre.

It's not fair -_-. Man can have many legal concubine as they want, even right now in my county you can have many wives. How about women? They make it illegal. And i don't like to share my hubby with anyone ╥﹏╥. So i hope lucius harem wont happen in the future

And I have never heard that the queen is the concubine?.. Concubine is concubine, Queen is the legal wife of a King..
I think that in an empire, a queen equals to concubine in a kingdom, but still a legal wife, while the empress is the only person inferior to the emperor, an empress is still superior to a queen and the second most important person in an empire uhh sorry if it's making anyone more confused, english is not my first language
