Because he is not mature enough he got anxiety and confusing,,
You know he got byul by sudden accident, he suddenly forced to be an omega and taking care of a baby, and suddenly got married and getting rich, his life is roller coaster like,,
And at that age human really in critical condition because they have to through transition age between teen and adulthood,, at least that what my teacher taught me in her class,,
