Alek has the power/authority to do whatever with the intruder. But he preferred to treat him as a toy.
And as you said, he could have just told the others there was an intruder, right from the begining.
And just look at Alek, he wasn't hurt or anything by the sexual assault. And he pretty much sexually assaulted back right after so he isn't a saint either.
