The original will stated that Bon-hyoung would overtake the company (get the shares). Mr. Kim could change the will and lie about it's contents to the shareholder because the was the notarizer, meaning that his signature, given when the will was created, is "proof" that it is legal and binding. He is "trusted" to know and ensure the legality of the will, which is why Seo-jin inheriting instead of Bon-young isn't challenged/questioned
