oh god pls dont tell me cecil will end up with the prince, im all for cecil being successful and independent and shit but to regress just to end up with that guy, idc if he had noble reasons, i dont see what's romantic abt holding a 500 yr grudge only to give us a mere 'redemption' arc and merrily run along the grass fields with rainbows (reminds me of the abandoned empress, that was questionable for me too, it's obvious that ml's that traumatized their mc for the sake of drama isnt my cup of tea, what's so charming abt them)
