Aight sit down cause I'm a tell you a story.
So I don't know exactly where chapter 50 is, but here's the key points:
Katie becomes a lawyer, working for FL.
Nate would obvi like FL.
Soon, FL would become independent lawyer.
ML divorces FL's sis.
FL's sis ends up with amnesia and she's being taken care of the guy he was cheating with.
The only actual progress between the leads that has happened is Hsiao finally marries Shing. But guess what?
And FL is only marrying ML cause of Yucheng, but Yucheng hates FL.
So that's basically what happens in the future 150 chapters.
You can just skip to the current chapter and you'd pretty much still understand shit.
Just bear in mind that new characters are always introduced so I suggest you think of them kinda like arcs, cause most of them won't even be there afterwards.
Plus the new characters are only there to give Katie a hard time, kidnap her or make Shing jealous.
Would I recommend continuing? Definitely not. But if you're like me and you feel like you've invested way to much time here already and you just want to see this end, welcome to the club.

Wait what happened to make Yucheng hate her. Didn't he use to adore her but get upset after only one time of disciplining him?
Well, Yucheng grew up without her, after her sister's scheming. And over time he forgot about her. The next time he saw her, she was fighting with Lina, which is who Yucheng sees as his 'mom'. So he got angry esp after Tann divorced Lina then married Katie. Which was kind of a forced marriage and Katie only compromised for Yucheng. But Yucheng hates her, soo...
There was also a lot of drama cause Nate also wanted to marry Katie and they kinda left the marriage certificate (not yet signed though) in a public restaurant/fast-food chain, I honestly forgot. So the rest of the world thought Katie was marrying Nate.
I'd honestly love to retell this in an organised way, but the story's all over the place. I don't know where I should start
