I'm looking for a Yaoi manga but i don't know the title xd. It has omega-verse and the person gives birth to a baby. They separate as soon as they... you know.. do the nasty. But the guy doesn't know he's a special case, so in a couple months later he's been diagnosed as pregnant and doesn't tell the father because he too scared and REALLY likes him, plus he's not in the country anymore so he doesn't meet him till years later when they me by chance in the day care, when he's picking up is daughter.
