I feel like you didn't quite grasp this manga's theme. It was fear/uncertainty due to unspoken feelings and selfishness. Yukihito left because he was scared of his happiness and thought that Takaoka deserved a "normal" life, which to Yukihito translated as happiness for Takaoka. He didn't see that he was hurting Takaoka. He only thought of himself. It isn't a dumb reason when they live in a society where their relationship is regarded as a deviant behaviour.
The bother isn't "slutty" (not that it's something bad btw). He is angry. He doesn't want to end up like his brother. He does something stupid, but to me it looks like he's testing Takaoka. If you take a look at the whole situation, all that he does questions both his brother and Takaoka's feelings and actions. That's why when he comes back he makes an effort to be the shellfish one now, and demand from his boyfriend to pay attention to him.
I couldn't quite see Nagi with Madoka, because Madoka was consistently shown as a friend and Nagi was way to hang up on Takao. I don't know if Madoka deserved better, but he got what he wanted (a male friend) and that's good
About the first uke, that's exactly what i said though. All his problems could've been resolved if there was a little more communication. The Seme obviously seemed to love him very much but despite the Seme's best efforts, the Uke still left in such a shitty way. And then after 2 years, they got back together in like 5 minutes? Like what even was the point of all the heartaches. Sorry but in MY eyes, the uke was dumb for putting himself and the Seme through all that pain. A little communication is all they needed, that's all i am saying.
As for the second uke, nah he's a hoe for sure. And yes there's nothing wrong with being slutty or being a hoe, but i honestly dislike ukes or semes for that matter with no morals and principles. That's just my personal opinion though, you're free to have your own. Also, the kiss at the end that the uke gave to his BROTHER'S SERIOUS BOYFRIEND was so unnecessary, especially when he had a boyfriend of his own. Also, there are other ways to test people, he honestly took the testing thing too far. Just because he was insecure about his own relationship or had problems with his own boyfriend doesn't give him the right to do what he did.
As for the 3rd one, Uke and Madoka were better off as a friend but i did ship them. Also yes Madoka does deserves better. Period.

Okay the reason for the first Uke leaving his boyfriend was kinda.....dumb? I mean all he had to do was communicate properly. Seriously, what a waste of 2 years. Could've spared each other so much pain and heartache.
Also his younger brother, the 2nd uke was such a shitty person. This hoe seriously made a move on his older brother's boyfriend (who his older brother was seriously in love with fyi) while having a boyfriend of his own. I seriously hate slutty ukes like him with no conscience or principles. He could've ended up alone and miserable for all i care. Sorry not sorry.
As for the last couple, was seriously rooting for Madoka and Nagi to end up together. That would've been so much better. But oh well, Madoka deserves better so i guess that's fine too.
