im studying to be a speech language pathologist and from the kids that i've worked with, almost all of their parents act the same way that hye did. they also compare their kids to other children and accidentally raise their voices, but its never out of malice or anger, its simply out of the fear and anxiety surrounding the possibility of something being wrong with their kid. he had honestly the most normal possible reaction to byul. give him some time yall, even parents with the best intentions screw up once in a while.
