Omegaverse is mostly applied in bl (and started in bl), so I doubt the storylines you've mentioned will happen due to women being MCs unless more genres start using omegaverse. In the case of your questions, in both situations the omega would bear the child according to the rules of omegaverse that are most common. I'm not going to get into the specifics of procreation because most omegaverse mangas and webtoons give those in the first few pages. If anybody else knows any manga or webtoons that contain the specific pairings the OP mentioned, please correct me ~

The omega will more or less always bear the child, of course, since omegaverse is a fictional world, things will change depending on the specific manga. Female alphas can grow dicks in some of them, or release semen needed to procreate.

I've read two that had that combination. One was the butler manga and the other was a Manhwa.

The butler one had a husband/wife combo where the wife impregnated the husband and he just gave birth. The Manhwa had the sister of an MC briefly talk about how she practically cornered the Omega woman she fell for. They ended up having a little boy.There's also a really good Omegaverse story where one of the main characters, Ayame, has two moms who are both Alphas. I thought it was interesting because both women took turns giving birth to their two sons! lol

Omegaverse has it where all Omegas give birth and all Alphas impregnate.

i think alphas can impregnate betas(?), while betas impregnate omegas.
only difference is that they can't bond? and they aren't as strongly influenced by hormones and instinct..
