Yashiro was raped by his stepfather and associates terrible memories and feelings to sex. He learns to use sex like a weapon that is completely disconnected from feelings of love and he feels safe in that dissociation. He also becomes addicted with that which is the only thing he is able to control in his life. Then he falls in love with his classmate and realises that he is gay and that romantic love will likely only ever come attached to this monstrous thing he has weaponized and that he doesn't know nor wants to use in a different way (because then he might lose control). Nothing really changes because the doctor never felt the same, but Yashiro begins to hate himself even more. Then, enter Doumeki. He brings love to Yashiro and tender touches and painless sex. All this means loss of control to Yashiro and also, because he hates himself so much, he doesn't really believe he deserves to be loved. So, he fights Doumeki's attempts at closeness and evades him. From Yashiro's perspective, he's miserable but he is safe and Doumeki is a chance at a happiness that he doesn't think he deserves and also a possibility that he will loose control and be exposed and breakable (hence why he also begs Doumeki not to break him).

I think Dom boss with die and Dom with raise his daughter along with Yosh. You will see that girl was not introduced for nothing and she really likes Dom. They will all form a family. I’m calling it lol
I am a sucker for happy endings so I am very much hoping for one. Yashiro deserves to be happy.
But I must confess Yashiro's backstory reminds me too much of Ash Lynx's from Banana Fish, you know? And, ever since I started reading this manga, I've felt this terrible bad feeling about it... So I don't know.

... they call Doumeki a "dog", but after re-reading (especially the shower scene and its aftermath), isn't Yashiro more like a dog - an abused dog, that lashes out at the first kind touches it receives, cuz it is SO used to being mistreated and abused that it cannot fathom that there are actually "hands" that don't intend to inflict violence, hence cannot "accept" gentleness.
I get that they call Doumeki a dog, due to his loyalty, strength and obedience.... and my prior assumptions there could be applied to any abused animal really; it's just a theory cuz Yashiro's attitude towards Doumeki is... complex to say the least.
