So there's a priest that she want to meet, she has to be medea to meet that priest... But she can't let anyone other than the priest to see her as medea or psyche, so she said that she needs to be someone who's neither medea or psyche before she meet that priest (for example when she's in the market taking apple from a little girl or when she paid the carriage, she has to make sure that no one identified her as medea or psyche)
