I mean it's kinda like a superpowered shonen, but with tea:

Woman, why would she? Tea is nothing special here, plus she's your employer who has built a company around tea. You should know THAT much at least.
My thoughts exactly. At some point we're going to run out of characters who don't believe that she could make good tea and then proceed to fall over themselves at how good her tea is. Maybe we don't need to do that every time for all of the 50 recipes (especially since she's reached the businesswoman goddess level in like, three weeks).
100% agree. I think it's meant as a slice of life because the author fails to make any conflict have any lasting effects at all.
