I’m looking for a yaoi

Okay I remember reading a yaoi about the Omegaverse it was fairly recent but it’s about two separate couples one is together cause he got attacked in school by one of his close friend cause they are fated pairs and his old friend bit him to protect him. And they live together and the alpha I believe is a pharmacist working on the pills that Omega’s have to take to prevent their heat. At some point the alpha that attacked omega gets into a relationship with a young omega , who coincidently is the fated pair of the other alpha. anyways I think he is a bar tender and all that omega wants is to pair with him but he constantly says no. until they he ods on his meds after meeting his fated pair and getting rejected and it causes a lot mental issues really affectIng his memory & that makes the alpha realize that he loves him. I know it has a happy ending! Sorry for rambling but that’s the best description I can come up with. can anyone find this for me
