A friend and I call the fake Ciel "Quotation Marks Ciel". We eventually cut it down to "Quoty"

I’m still calling him ciel even though he is not actually “Ciel” I never knew they had a manga for black butler until a while ago when I heard in the manga ceil had a twin who was the real ciel and today I just read the whole thing.And now I wanna slap a few people in here, but I feel so bad for my little baby and the older brother though he didn’t have to be like “he’s a fake!”and try to get him arrested when he just became him because he wanted to be the person his older brother always wanted to be and get revenge for his family who he thought all died.I hope they can have a good relationship by the end of their sibling rivalry
