According to google it can happen.

I haven't heard of any specific illness to cause it... but they got all the parts necessary for lactation. I'm pretty sure if they get the right hormones it'll happen

I put a shrugging emoji but it didn’t work

Anything that would cause excess estrogen to be in the body can cause lactation

It s called Galactorrhea. It is a spontaneous lactation find in human, unrelated to childbirth or nursing. It is rare, mostly common among biological women... for obvious reasons (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ.
But it can also happen to biological men and (not kidding) new born babies from both genders.
It is just human body being weird, just like the human body knows how.

Some antidepression pills might cause it.

I haven’t done much research but all I’m aware of is that it’s hormones. Hormones can be wild sometimes. It’s crazy to see how much they can affect a human body.
