looking for this yaoi manga.....

So there's this couple and the uke keep breaking up with seme but they keep getting back together. There were times where they'd meet on the street and seme'd have a new lover. They get back together and It's uke 's birthday and seme suddenly breaks up right after sex saying something like it's better to break up while they're happy than when they're already sad - which was something uke told him once while breakin up. Then uke confesses that during the time they were apart he didn't hook up with anyone, instead followed uke and showed him drawings he made of seme in cafés etc. while he stalked seme when they were apart.
