Family association, hunches, judgement without knowledge, the fact that it’s a manga and that he therefore gets the power to to just ‘know’ or ‘think’ that blonde guy must be a part of it. Also, there could be things he remembers that we just don’t know about yet. He could also be blaming it on lee because he hasn’t done anything to try and stop his father. Also, lee was the one who moved him into surgery so I don’t mind the fact that he’s being blamed.

The thing is, I don't know why MC seems to be blaiming Lee (the other blond guy) too. The whole fault here is of that old man, right? MC doesn't know that Lee is something of a psychopath, he's not involved in the actions of the old man, so why is MC growing a resentment for Lee too?.
