Omg SAME i wasn't exactly rooting for khaol and river cuz i liked riverXheil ship
but i didn't really get my hopes up and was expecting river & khaol to be endgame
and just continued to feel bad for heil but now there's hope that river will end up with heil he really better end up with him! They deserve each other sfm :")

Like, at first I was rooting for them bc River was trying really hard to please Khaol and did everything for him. I thought Khaol would change (like the usual plot in shounen ais), but now I wouldn't like for them to be a couple. So toxic and full of betrayal and lies...
I never really felt he would change and actually love river and he was always thinking of his ex i mean after sacrificing and betraying him like that how dare he even show up & regretting it tf!!! He should've let go of his ex and move the fuck on the poor guy didn't even want to live anymore he was sick of living everything seemed dull in his eyes bcz he lived way too long i don't really get how some ppl say that he truly loved river bcz he didn't? He used him for an ex who didn't even want to live anymore!!!! The one who genuinely loved river was heil even tho he was married to khaol he cared for him and i really love their relationship AND it not forced or boring like some ppl say AT ALL
Now I see Khaol didn't care enough about River. Like, I think he liked his company somehow, but not enough to avoid TAKING HIS LIFE CMOOON
It's difficult to get over that image of River calling Khaol to save him and Khaol didn't do anything... *sobbing*
And yesssss I dont get why ppl say Heil and River are boring. They're the cutest thing! They were all blushing and conscious about each other and I feel that they're really supporting of each other. Not forced at all, because River just couldnt see Heil's love bc he was in love with Khaol. Now that the trash is out of the way, he finally realized all the things Heil did for him and just fell in love (=・ω・=)
Now they can change the title to

I was just like River at the beginning, with hope that Khoal would become better and have a happy life with River, someway in this
I felt really bad for Heil because his love was one-sided, but i was rooting for River and Khoal
Now Im like "who dafuck is that khoal? He can just disappear ugh" because the betrayal was TOO MUCH FOR ME
Like Khoal misleaded River, caring for him and all just to participate in his murder
Heil is the cutest and kindest ever. Im sorry I misjudged him before
