Stay on this page, look on the left side, you will see a flag symbol. Click on it. And you choose the upload chapter option, it's the last suggested option, put down the link of the chapter you uploaded on imgur for example, put down an info which chapter number it is and everything is done
And you need to hit the report button at the end I guess ^^
