To be honest, back in the day I didn't mind if rape was in a manga but now I take it really seriously, and It's hard to be into stories where victim falls in love with rapist. Its uncomfortable and a bit insulting to actual rape victims. I gave it a three out of five. Art is ok, plot is ok, pace is all ok.

exactly! Yaoi has so much romanticized abuse, harassment, and abuse and its really uncomfortable. A lot of the times people fetizise the gay men in it too, which I beleive is wrong too because the majority of yaoi readers are women.

I understand what you mean, I was so mad when I saw he had fallen in love with such a shitty character. But i love how much he had changed later in the book. His actions weren't completely his fault, he was abused as a child and just when he thought he was going into a loving home that teacher lied to him, I personally think the seme didn't feel wanted so he took it out on the uke, but then he finally realised how much he needed that one person to accept all of his flaws and the uke really did that and even mended the seme's relationship with his dad,

I feel that. I dont know but there was a starting point for me when rape in romance became a huge deal for me. Especially when they fell in love w/ their rapist
