at the very end of the manga Tokyo ghoul kaneki fought I forgot his name and lost he had his brain turn in mush so of course he had a lot of memory Loss so they used that to their advantage , that how they got him ,yes he's still a ghoul ,yes they knew he's is a ghoul , yes he knows he's a ghoul and the reason he's there is becus their useing him as a pone to destroy ghouls

This is still my theory:
In the last chapters of Tokyo Ghoul,you saw that Kaneki and Arima fought right? When Kaneki lost,Arima took him and the CCG experimented on him so there will be more one-eyed ghouls like him to used as a tool of CCG (and in particular Sasaki Haise is expected to surpass/defeat Arima).You'll also see that in the chairman's records,Kaneki's profile has been "erased". This might imply that everything about him has been changed and he is no longer Kaneki,that's why the chairman told Arima that he is free to choose the new name of "it" (which is most likely referring to Kaneki) who is now Sasaki Haise.This theory is made stronger because Arima is the guardian of Sasaki Haise.and yes,he is without a doubt still a ghoul.
I agree with you. And I think Shuu is the "MODEL" of Chie Hori since we all know that Shuu is the only one who speaks foreign words. And well this "MODEL" asked for Haise's personal belonging. And that just adds to the clues of Haise being Kaneki. And this:

I'll keep on waiting if Hide's really dead or not but I think he was eaten by out-of-mind-Kaneki. Although, I read on a forum stating that Hide is not that stupid in which I agreed.

I just finished reading tokyo ghoul and immediately went to read this. Maybe I didnt read closely enough but I'm really confused... So if Sasaki is kaneki, then why is he working with the other guys? Is he a ghoul still? Do they know he's a ghoul? Does he know he's a ghoul? Why is he there? If anyone can clarify, that's be great.
