I believe he meant that he got sad and hurt whenever Haesoo went with Jowoon. At least that's what he showed whenever he saw them two together. He felt sad/hurt. ☹

Im not so sure about T anymore. I feel like he's confusing his feelings for H. When he said "i felt sad for you so I must be in love with you" or smn along those lines. I still love him tho(≧∀≦)
