They went to the same school i guess. Because Esau was never really an orphan. So I think they attended the same school when they were kids.

It was the orphanage, not school. Esau was there for a while after his grandmother pretty much abandoned him. You can even see one panel where there's a sign on the building, saying it's the orphanage. And Hosoo giving some tips to Esau later about it because he's a newcomer.
i don't get one thing ┗( T﹏T )┛ when they were still kids did they go to the same school or orphanage or what ???
