Can't find a BL manga

I can't remember if its shounen ai or yaoi but it starts off with this guy talking to his friend. Lets say the first guy is Guy A and the second is Guy B. So Guy B tells Guy A to protect(?) this guy he has a crush on at his workplace. Guy A was reluctant but goes to the workplace and notices that the crush is totally his type. That was how it began. I think Guy A had white hair(?) and the crush had black/brown hair. ;U help
