i personally put those in my "I'm reading" list because they're still ongoing. i only put the completed ones in my "I already read" list
Reading for me. If Im reading the manga and it’s ongoing I’ll put it at read because you can get notifications for new chapters. I don't know if you can get notifications by placing them on will read or have read lists. Hope it helps :)

For me i usually putting on the reading because it is still uploading and hasn't finished all the chapters yet.
