    Okay I BELIEVE the bad guy (grey hair) was the one who embezzled funds. But didn’t wanna get in trouble, so he blamed blonde dude. Blonde dude got in trouble with business and police. Now the bad guy says it can all be fixed if the black haired guy,, for lack of better words: sleeps with him.
    If I’m wrong CORRECT ME PLEAAASE

    the dad was in on it too, so it’s not the ex alone the dad wanted his son and him to break up since he knows full well it wasn’t him
