Didn’t get it either :( guessing is it might be an aphrodisiac?

Here's what I found with Google-sensei....

Ginseng as aphrodisiac
Ginseng is often referred to as the King of all herbs, and is found to be a promising agent to improve general well-being. Ginseng has also been reputed as an aphrodisiac, and is used to treat sexual dysfunction as well as to enhance sexual behavior in traditional Chinese medical practices.

Guguru-sensei also said that Red Ginseng is the more potent natural aphrodisiac. Hope this helps because I couldn't find anything about cotton ginseng other than its fragrance.

Cotton Ginseng. freshly picked cotton blended with jasmine, eucalyptus, and lavender florals enveloped with sandalwood and musk. (Found on Aromatique)
