But their names are different...? Since their names are different, doesn’t that mean that it’s another parallel universe of them? Or no? So many questions lol
They got last names so for formallities sake they are called by their last names.

For those that aren't aware the main couple happen to be in another manga, Zombie Hide Sex, in which they are doctors. That leaves me to question which couple is it? Is it the parallel world? Or is it the original world? Or is it a world that we haven't seen yet? It might be unimportant but these thoughts keep running through my mind.
