the raw is still updating, the author was on indefinite hiatus for this manga before thats why it says complete. its until vol 18 now in Japan and still continuing..

Apparently it was Haitus/drop as she went on to different projects that haven’t been completed. So after so long she went back to DN angel and tweets about it now and again.
will it be even updated someday??
did the mangaka stop drawing and/or work on it???
