To answer your second part the author (saintess) did say that this world is basically the story that she wrote in her previous life. And that the MC is supposedly a part of is about someone reincarnating as the villainess who the mc is but unlike in the 'story' there is no reincarnation on her part and there seem to be LOT of things playing out that are not going according to the 'plot'.
As for spoilers...............................
The ML literally ends up conquering/destroying the MC's family's kingdom so she basically gets back at them for using her as a tool. ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ
Also remember that blue haired girl the Saintess tries to use? When the ML gets back she approaches him dressed as a maid and tries to charm him but it has no effect on him.

As of now ....No but I won't be surprised if it does lead to that especially with the latest chapter when she has one of the male leads give the mc an egg thing that turns into a full grown black dragon when the mc touches it as it starts rampaging in the mansion.
