Not saying its okay but it would make sense that his emotional state would get hella stunted after a tragedy like that. It's pretty common for people or kids to just stop after something terrible like that or even just, re living a state of youth, like when men or women relive like a teenage fantasy when they finally come out as gay later in life because they're trying to get back something they missed out on. Still- def creepy. Probably won't end healthily unless addressed.
He doesnt look 40 but its still wrong but honestly anything goes in anime/manga and its cute in a way BUT IF IT WERE REAL LIFE knock out that teacher real quick cause thats not ok
