well nagato is bullying senpai. But it's never to hurt him but to make him embarrassed and to hide her own feelings. If senpai didn't have any attraction to nagato and nagato had vile intentions it would be seen as bullying. You might seen this as never-stop teasing but it also could be seen as bullying. Nagato is a verbal tsundere
I was skeptical about this manga at first. I really thought I was gonna hate it but I gave it a try because it still looked kind of cute so why not. And I ended up loving it! It's a really fun read. If you have really strong (negative) feelings on bullying dynamic this is not for you though. I will save you time and say you won't like Nagatoro and for that you probably won't enjoy the relationship. But that being said, if you can get over that and enjoy the characters development it is such a cute read!!!! Senpai is a precious bean and he goes from this really pitiful cry baby to a character that actually speaks up <3 <3 <3 Nagatoro is also hilarious with her (⊙…⊙ ) face anytime someone interacts with Senpai
