I tried reading the vol. 3 raw, and it seemed to end on a cliffhanger, so I wouldn't wonder if there was a vol.4.
I looked further in Baka updates and they made a special note about it, that it seems there are 2 versions of the series, and those 2 versions have 2 volumes each, rather than 4 continuous volumes. And then, they also stated, "The American companies that have published this series, Deux and Sublime, have published the two volumes of the pink version (愛人☆淫魔 ｖｅｒ．ＰＩＮＫ). This is why they claim the have finished the series even though there are two others left unpublished."
Vol.2 looked relatively unresolved: We don't know what Aira plans in particular, we don't know how Rei really thinks and feels (even if he seems to try making it obvious, I still don't fully understand him, and no one else seems to), we don't know what happened with the whole curse thing going on.
Vol.3 only ever looks like a continuation to Vol.2, I could be wrong; I don't understand chinese. It looked like it needed a continuation, too. So even if they said that there were 2 versions with 2 volumes, the 2 volumes present here seemed to need a continuation, instead of an existence of another version, unless things are more resolved and complete in the other version we don't know of.
I don't know. It doesn't look like anything will update, either, so I guess I read 2 volumes and that's that. Rei and Aira lives with a curse and Fujiwara is in love with Rei and Rei reciprocates that.
