He tried to poison Sangwoo so he could escape.

During the first few chapters he did try to poison Sangwoo, but for the last few he didn’t try to poison him. Bum dropped the pill bottle and some of them scattered under the shelf, he was 100% not trying to kill Sangwoo to escape, the man bought him a whole ring to show how much he loved Sangwoo
Why would Bum put pills in Sangwoo foods all of the sudden???
