There are private hospitals that does this celebration thingy but I think they do this on a Sunday when the hospital is normally closed. It's just ridiculous that you leave a hospital open without any doctors available (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
Hospitals actually do this kind of thing? Have a party where 95% of the doctors are not going be working? For a prestigious hospital, this kind of thing is ridiculous.
