Well, seeing as this was likely by a Korean author, I'm guessing it's their own biases and views of their culture and people in S. Korea. I mean, I could understand that they would likely view the society in a more negative light from being a creator of bl content which would be mostly looked down upon (like in many places) and the "looks" culture they've got there, but I'm also guessing it's also a way to bring the two main together (not the MAIN way obviously, but a factor)

Oh thanks. At first I thought it was depicting racism then I was like "nahhhhh...right?". It seems to blatant and random to be racism and I thought there was something deeper but I guess not
